LV= has launched a financial services apprenticeship programme for customer service teams working within its life insurance and retirement solutions business.
\nThe programme is governed by the National Skills Academy for Financial Services (NSAFS) and will be delivered at LV=\u2019s Bournemouth, Exeter and Hitchin offices. <\/p>\n
It is tailored to the requirements of each office, marking the first occasion on which an NSAFS apprenticeship has been developed in this way.
\nParticipants have the opportunity to advance their technical financial services knowledge and will receive either one-to-one or group study sessions during the 18 month course.
\nThose who complete the programme will be awarded a Certificate in Financial Services and a CII award in Financial Administration \u2013 equivalent to an NVQ level three.<\/p>\n
NSAFS director, Nigel Benton, comments: \u201cThe National Skills Academy is delighted to be working with LV= on this exciting and valuable project. It really shows what can be achieved by committed partners working together.\u201d<\/p>\n
